Catching up with Coopers

We’ve been working with Jeff Cooper of Coopers Farm Gear for a couple of years and have done over $2M worth of business together. We had a chat with him to get a bit of a run down on his Laurieton-based operation.

Tell us a bit about Coopers Farm Gear (CFG).

I’d been in the ag game for many years but it was about 5 years ago when I saw an opening to supply good value fertiliser, chemical and stockfeed in my area. So armed with years of knowledge and relationships, I took the leap and started Coopers Farm Gear in 2017. Specialising in bulk fertiliser, stockfeed, chemical and other crop inputs, my main aim is to help farmers buy better.

What kind of area do you service?

Whilst the business is based in Laurieton NSW, I cover broader NSW, Victoria as well as south eastern Queensland.

What are the things CFG specialises in?

Our main game is providing bulk fertiliser, ag chemical and stockfeed and we’ve worked really hard to establish long-standing relationships with suppliers to ensure we can deliver this consistently for our customers. We also do a lot of hay and silage supplies as well as NLIS supplies.

What is the main reason Coopers Farm Gear likes working with DelayPay?

For me, it’s just because it’s so easy! It works for my customers who get longer to pay, and as there’s no complicated paperwork or processes to implement, it’s a no-brainer. The DelayPay team are also really accessible and quick to respond – they just get how bulk deals work – so that makes my job easier.

So if you are in the market for bulk fert or stockfeed, check out Coopers Farm Gear on Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/coopersfarmgear/. And if you’d like to buy any of their products on extended terms, you can REQUEST A CALLBACK FROM DELAYPAY HERE.
