Even if you’re not looking to buy crop inputs straight away, it’s always a good idea to get your limit in place so when you are ready to go (especially if a special on fertiliser or chemicals comes up!), we can take care of payment quickly.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Our main requirement is to make sure your supplier knows to make the invoice out to us. We will send you these details and we’ll also follow up with them to make sure it’s all done correctly. NB: It’s a good idea to get the invoice made out to DelayPay from the start of your transaction to avoid delays in changing over invoices, especially if delivery of the inputs is time-critical.
- Once you know your limit, you can use DelayPay to purchase via any supplier. We have accounts with the big guys like Elders and Nutrien to streamline things, but if it’s your local supplier that is fine as well! We are happy to get an account with them in place to make it even easier next time around.
- Once we have the invoice we send you your sales contract on 60, 90 or 180 day terms. When you sign we pay.
- Keep in mind that you can use us for all your inputs from fertiliser to chemical, and even the machinery you need to apply it…but that’s a story for another time.
- You can make purchases between 5K to 250K, as long as you have a limit established that covers your purchase.
- We are super fast and easy to work with, that’s why we’re great to use for getting this year’s crop off.
